In plain terms
These are the outside products we rely on to deliver your services. Each one has its own terms, and those terms govern your rights in that product. If one of them causes you a loss, your claim is against that vendor. Nothing here reduces what we owe you for our own work.
This Schedule describes the third-party products and services that We Solve Problems, LLC (“Provider”) may use in delivering the Services. We may modify it at any time. It is incorporated by reference into the Services Agreement.
“Third-Party Services” are products or services not exclusively operated or controlled by us, or that involve significant participation by an entity outside our control. The vendor’s own agreements and policies apply to our and Client’s use of them.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR CLAIMS CAUSED BY A THIRD-PARTY SERVICE. WHERE HARM ARISES FROM A THIRD-PARTY SERVICE, CLIENT WILL SEEK ITS REMEDY FROM THAT VENDOR. CLIENT’S RIGHTS ARE GOVERNED AND LIMITED BY THAT VENDOR’S AGREEMENTS.
Nothing in this Schedule relieves us of our own obligations under section 9.1 of the Services Agreement for the Services we perform.

On the AI vendors. Where an AI Tool processes Client data, the applicable plan and its data-handling terms are identified on the Order, not here. Section 6 of the Service Attachment for Artificial Intelligence Services governs. Consumer and individual plans of these products generally do not carry the contractual protections that regulated data requires.
Changes
We may add, remove, or replace a vendor at any time. Where a change materially affects how Client’s data is handled, we will give Client notice under section 18.2 of the Services Agreement.
